Underground Metal Pipeline External Anti-corrosion Coating
Evaluation Software System AD-PC is developed exclusively by
Beijing Adler. The PCM+ can pass data to a compatible PC, upload
all detection information, do mapping analysis and data processing,
and make digital management of pipeline spatial information, data
of pipe body, anti-corrosion coating, soil, media, etc.. It allows
grade evaluation of coating performance in accordance with relevant
regulations and provisions, t
o identify coating defects and protection failure parts and
forecast development tendency.
Principle
The insulation resistance value of external anti-corrosion coating
represents the calculated results of the extracted current data
from the pipeline external anti-corrosion coating detector applying
PCM. Maintenance programs are developed after anti-corrosion
coating grade of the segment of detected pipeline be identified in
accordance with relevant regulations (SY/T 5918-2004),
